There is glass shine spray from Loreal Studio and they have sun-touched shine hairline products from Aussie. For Aussie, there is Sun-Touched Shampoo and Conditioner, gel and spray. The gel should work to give you defined waves if you scrunch your hair if it's wet or damp. A lot of times also, is if your hair is lusterless, it might need to trim.
