use LOTS AND LOTS AND lots of conditioner. Like the whole bottle. Just dont leave it in too long or your hair will be poofy.

use plenty of conditioner to smooth down your hair- Pantene ProV is really good. And also, rather than blow drying your hair, just comb it after you shower and let it air-dry. You can also use a flat iron to make it less big- waviness can make your hair look more big and volumized.

shower the night before so you have some grease to weight down the frizz. My hair always looks better the next day when I don't wash it.
