use a 3 barrel curling iron and wave every layer seperatly..like do each layer one by one... or curl it all WITH OUT hairspray. curl every curl different like every other way, curl one toawrds yiou face then towards the back of your head and once its all curled run your fingers through it and then spray with hairspray
