Wet your hair,and braid it(lots of little braids) and leave it like that all night. Use anti-frizz to help make it as little frizzy as possible.

If you want them for the morning put 3 or 4 tight braids in your hair the night before with you hair damp and moussed. In the am take the braids out and put a little sculpting gel or mousse on the waves and scrunch. This is much easier for me than curlers and less pain trying to sleep in . You get natural waves.
