i have bangs like ashley tisdale. my hair is soo thin and its black. and of course i am a filipino so its kinda shiny. did i mention that my hair is sooooo thin.

Do you have to use a curling iron? If not you can wet your hair, then braid it into 20 braids. Then dry your hair or let it air dry, finger comb it, and voila. If you must use the curling iron then wash your hair, put in leave-in conditioner, let it air dry (or blow dry you are in a hurry). Then, curl your hair by clasping the bottom of a small piece of hair with the curling iron and curling up towards your scalp. You are making LARGE curls. Do this to your entire head of hair. Then, after your hair is covered in big curls spray it with holding spray. Then you can finger comb your hair so that the curls seperate into waves.
