u kno those celebrities that their is wavy nd pretty nd u kno it's because of hairspray nd their artists put thousands of pounds of hairspray on but u can't tell, well does sumone have tips on how to do it like dat?

take a 1 inch curling and curl your hair in sections. when one curl is done pin it with a small clip or bobby pin to the hair do that to the whole head and let the heat cool. after that rub a gloss in your hand and finger thru the curls. try it without pinning first see how you do if no good try pinning. but definately get a gloss or serum.
