How can u scrunch curly/wavy and frizzy hair?

I need the whole procedure step by step from which shampoo to use all the products what to do and everything. But with out blow drying please help!!

After you wash your hair make sure you don't have anymore excess water. Keep your hair damp. Put up your hair with a hair-tie in a messy bun. Doesn't have to look cute, just has to hold up in position for a while. Take your hair down after it is pretty dry. Play with your hair and scrunch it. Use one of the selected Herbal Essences products hairspray to after you scrunch a portion of your hair. The products doesn't harden after it dries, yet it keeps a hold in your hair and is silky smooth.

i scrunch my hair alot.. one way to do do it if you want sof ringlet waves is after you shampoo.. using a clean shampoo, and a smooth a nd sleek conditioner, is wait for it to dry almos all the way,then put shaping mold in it, then separate it into two parts, and twist those two parts around your fingers, then twist those into two buns on either side of your head at the height of your ear, and air dry or blow dry for aster hair time, then take out right befor you go out.. adn zig-zag your fingers through your hair.. this i actually really easy.. or use a mousse and scrunch your hair upside down and put in in a messy bun, or let it dry naturally

Try using Herbal Essences: Totally Twisted shampoo and conditor. Its good for keeping your hair lokking fresh and getting rid of the frizz to make good locking curls (it should be in a purpleish/pinkish bottle). Then, to keep the curls all day long, try using TRESsemme Curl Locking. Or if you would like a more natual and less stiff look, try just brushing your hair when you get out of the shower, then applying hairspray (Extreme Style V05) to your hair while running your hands through it. It works great!
