buy this product called V6 POWER! all you have to do is wet your hair and spray it on. it works REALLY well. it's not permanent but it lasts as long as you like (you know until you take a shower)

When you get out of the shower, pat your wet hair with a towel just to get the excess water out. Then just squeeze handfuls of your hair in your hand and let it air dry. Don't touch it while it's drying or you'll destroy the curl/wave and get frizz. if you have very straight hair you may have to rub a bit of gel or mousse in it before scrunching it to help it hold a wave/curl better.

waves: put a few braids in your hair before you go to bed at night..take them out in the morning..

Curls: put small buns in your hair before you go to sleep...(you can hold them in with bobby pins)...take them out in the morning

best to get a body perm at a hair salon or if you want to curl your hair non permanently you should set your hair whilst still damp in non-heated plastic mesh/magnetic rollers using setting lotion, vary roller sizes to suit how much curl or wave that you wish to create,
