Spray that "develops" wavy curls in your hair?

I don't have time to use a curling iron and my hair's a bit short for full braiding. My friend has short hair too but she said she used this spray that made soft waves/curls in her hair. What spray is that?!

I would try a combination of mousse and the Aussie Scrunch hair spray. On damp hair, I would put on the mousse throughout my hair, then spray allow over and scrunch the hairspray onto my hair. You can let this air dry or with your hair dryer at low heat. You should have curls. If this doesn't work, then I would try hot rollers that take about 10 minutes, then apply hairspray.

i dont think the actual spray makes soft wavy curls. maybe her hair is naturally lyk that and the spray just helps it a little bit
