use can use sea salt spray but dont use it too often or it will dry out your hair. or you could do what poster#1 said, braid your hair while it is wet and sleep with the braids (i recommend 6-8) and in the morning take the braids out. it should be wavy.

to make the sea salt spray, simply mix 1 3/4 teaspoons of sea salt and 1 cup of water, and put it in a spray bottle. or you can use a professional product such as Bumble %26amp; Bumble's Surf Spray, or John Freida's ocean spray. spray it in, scrunch your hair a bit and let it air dry. after it dries, DO NOT BRUSH YOUR HAIR. it will ruin the beautiful curls.

Very large curlers will make beautiful waves. After washing your hair, put it in oversized curlers and let it dry. For longer lasting effect, sleep on the curlers. When you take your hair out, you will have lovely waves.

When your hair is just about dry, twist it into a ponytail and then keep twisting it. Then, clip it. I do this and when it's fully dry, it will be wavy. It's nice because I don't have to use anything but a clip.
