HAIR: Although the hair on our head is dead, it still needs nutrients for good health. So water and a good diet will help, as does gelatine (like that in Jello) which is good for hair and nails. To fix dull hair, try henna in a neutral shade (there are henna products with tint, but stick to the natural its nicer). Henna is a natural product which you can buy in a health food store, or natural beauty product shop. It's a powder that you mix with water into a thick soup, apply to your hair, leave on for a couple of hours, then rinse out - i used to use the garden hose not to block the drain. It's great, adds fullness, texture and brings out incredible natural highlights. Nothing like it, really.

EYES: Your eyes don't shine? Surely you're mistaken! They may be dark, but eyes are moist and the moisture reflects light! Drink lots of water. Water helps everything. Then, if your eyes are still dry, you can use over-the-counter eye soothers like Visine, which will clear your eyes and add sheen. And if you feel your eyes don't shine much, then definitely avoid heavy eyeliners which I think make even large eyes look small, and products like that which over emphasize the eyes.

SKIN: Water again is great for skin, and a healthy diet of course. but if you are doing okay on both those, and still feel you need a glow, then try a mask with granules it. I have used Clinique, and swear by it. It has little gritty bits that you gently massage your face and neck with exfoliating the dead layer of outer skin, and when you wash it off, it's glow city. A little sun also adds a great glow.

try using blue liner to only th bottom lashes to bring out the white in your eyes, peach eyeshadow to make your eyes stand out, shimmery cream bronzer to make your skin glow(maybelline new york dream moouse bronzer in glistening sun),peach gloss to get a soft natural looking sheen
