I am Multi-racial, a little bit of this and that so i guess my hair is confused. I really want to embrace my natural curl but i am lost. I have tried my products but they only make my hair stiff and sticky. I live in a humid climate so I NEED FRIZZ CONTROL!! Also i have alot of very small waves in my hair. Some of them curl some of them only flatten out. I want fun soft curly frizz free hair. Please help me!!

OMG I think we have the exact same hair!!!! After 30 years of living with this mess I've finally learned how to control it. Here's what I do. After washing and conditioning I apply this stuff by Suave called Sleek - it's supposed to be a knockoff of Matrix. I spray it all over and then I apply this Biolage liquid gel to my hair. Scrunch the heck out of it and air dry or blow dry. Then I pull the front of my hair back ( the front of my hair is very confused and it's always curlier than all the rest of my hair ) in a hairclip to "stretch" and smooth it out. I only wash my hair every other day. I never brush it when dry - actually I don't brush it at all - ever - I only use a wide tooth comb. I invest in really good deep conditioner and I use it every day instead of once a week like they recommend. Good Luck!

You have multi textured hair... It all depends on how you want to wear your hair but i find a good wash and a moisturizing ( not protein) conditioner is good for the hair for managablity. Something like dark and lovely's conditioner really works for me. Wash every week especially if it is hot! gets rid of the frizz too

Or there is a more extreme way, get your hair texturised. It is perminent but your hair has "perfect curls" that are more controlled.

be careful not to wash your with a drying shampoo.Be careful not to over conditioned(there are natural products like Aubrey and blendedbeauty hair products that can be used everyday).Deep condition once a week.Wish i can help more.I`m battling my own hair too lol
