I could really use some styling tips I want to get my hair cut but i am unsure of what to do so here is a little about me...

face shape: Oval

Thick long hair

Have short layers and tried to cut my own bangs but it looks bad

dark blonde hair, fair skin

With whatever style you choose, try using a tight head scarf at night or while doing household chores. My hair is long and very curly and gets frizzy. But, all I have to do is wear a plain old scarf in a triangle tied in the back of my head for about two hours and presto, it's silky soft and no more kinkiness. Stays that way, too, until I wash it again. Then, it's back to every-which-way curls.

you should definately get your hair trimmed regularly. that wil pevent the knotting. and use a good conditioner.

as far as cuts and styles...you should go see your stylist. they will have books you can look at and will be able to answer any questions for you.

After you shampoo, take a warm glass of filtered water with 1 tablespoon vinegar and use it as a final rinse. It really does make your hair smooth and shiny. Works for me!

To prevent the knotting:

When u r washing your hair and you apply conditioner, use a medium wide teeth comb to comb the conditioner thru your hair before u rinse.

At night before u sleep , apply a light hair moisturizer, comb it thru and braid it so it is kept neat thru the night.

get some lowlights.(brown highlights)darken up the look..cut ur hair to ur sholders..get long layers.side bang perhaps?

well i wouldnt perm it that makes it thin and staight like every bodi elses hair and girl you want to be original! to keep it from knotts you should braid it into four or three every night. thats what i do but i have black hair and the results might be different for different texured hair. Style...hmm... a side swept bang with your hair flipping up. hers a tip for you girl dont do it your self!

hi,..the hair shops have this hair lubricant i think its called fusion on the shelves,.,a pony tail is a good hair style for natural long wavy hair.,it keeps all the scalp hair straight,..,
