try a perm. if you dont want to spend the salon money go to your local beauty school. theyre normally very cheap maybe like 15-30 dollars as opposed to $60 and up. the students are under the complete supervision of teachers and the teachers pick the chemicals and such so you wont receive a bad style. most beauty schools turn out great work!

the only was is to get a perm or spiral perm, there like $80

you could curl it everyday with rollers or a hair iron though

Well,I don't think you can get it Permanently Wavy,because if you could you would have to change your DNA,and that is just impossible.You could get it permed or treated to stay like that for a couple of months and go back for touch ups every 5-8 months, but you will never get it permanently wavy.
